HIP UK Heating Apprentice of the Year: The prizes

no comments

Our search for the HIP UK Heating Apprentice of the Year is nearly over…so what goodies does the winner get?

Throughout January and February, we travelled across seven regions of the UK in search of our 2019 winner.

The winner of each regional heat and the highest runner-up overall scorer will go on to the grand final, which will take place at ADEY’s HQ on Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th March.

Alongside the prestige for both the winning student and winning college, there’s a fantastic list of prizes up for grabs. The prizes have been donated by well-known industry names including Platinum sponsor ADEY, Gold sponsor STANLEY, Silver sponsor Vaillant and Bronze sponsors WAGO, Graham The Plumbers’ Merchant, Pegler Yorkshire, Mira Showers, Corgi, Wilo & WaterSafe.

Each student who entered the competition received prizes, whilst each of our finalists already received a prize bundle for winning their regional heats.

The runner-up will receive £500 cash from ADEY, a Magnacleanse kit and hose bag – and their college will also receive £500 cash.

Plus, each of our eight finalists gets an ADEY Professional 3 Chemical Pack and goodie bag – in addition to everything they received for winning their regional heats. They also get to keep everything they work on in the final!
