Pimlico Plumbers has held its first ever award ceremony celebrating the achievements of its apprentices.

On Friday 6th December, the Pimlico team descended on Langan’s Brasserie in Mayfair, London for the event, which recognised the crucial role apprentices play in the company.

There were 11 awards and commendations handed out ahead of the final award where one apprentice was crowned as the ‘Pimlico Apprentice of the Year’.

Scott Mullins, Managing Director of Pimlico, said: “We’re incredibly passionate about apprenticeships.  They are at the heart of our business and our plans for the future.

“We believe they are crucial for preventing skills shortages and youth unemployment and we’re proud that we can provide young people with training to equip them with the skills and knowledge to work in secure and respected trades.

“The awards were a tremendous success and acknowledged the talent and dedication we have among our apprentices who are shaping up to be essential members of the Pimlico family.

“It was great to bring them all together and share in their achievements and recognise their hard work and commitment.”
