Successful product launches lead to growth for Rinnai

The successful launch of a range of new products will act as the springboard for rapid growth, according to Rinnai.

 

Managing Director Tony Gittings announced a plan to double the company’s size in 10 years. At an event at Skinners Hall in the City of London, he also detailed Rinnai’s successes in 2019.

 

This year saw Rinnai launch its N series of hot water heating units – the Rinnai SENSEI range. The company also launched its A seres domestic hot water heating units and the Zen and Zen Plus home hot water and heating system.

 

As well as product launches, Rinnai has also gone ahead with marketing initiatives and service launches this year.

 

Rinnai launched an installer network – the Trust Partnership – for its domestic product range. The network is open to all bona fide, Gas Safe registered installers of residential heating and hot water units.

 

The launch was complementary to the introduction of the Rinnai Zen and Zen Plus domestic heating hot water system

 

Lastly, 2019 saw the introduction of a service division offering service plans to consumers. Customers get peace of mind knowing that if there’s a problem, there’ll be a quick response. All inspections and remedial works are carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.

 

Rinnai is the UK leader in ErP ‘A’ rated continuous flow hot water heating units. The company makes and sells over 12 million gas appliances every year. These are distributed globally to all parts of the world and are all
ISO 9001 and ISO 1400I certified.
