Wilo Launches New Virtual Customer Experience ‘Wilo-World’

Global manufacturer of water pumps and pump systems, Wilo, has launched its new platform ‘Wilo-World’, which allows users to virtually explore a range of different scenarios to experience how pumps, systems and solutions work. 

 

The pandemic has changed many aspects of everyday life, with an increased reliance on tech and virtual events being one of them. Virtual events have become a lifeline for companies providing important customer-based solutions and the demand is set to continue even after lockdown restrictions end. 

With this in mind, Wilo has set out to create an industry benchmark for virtual customer experience with its new platform ‘Wilo-World’, which allows users to view products in their applications anytime, anywhere with a central, virtual contact that offers information, experience and technical data.
